1. After sale services and component replacement
During the period of quality warranty, we supply the spare part in free for replacement.

2. Training, Installation and Testing
During the period of warranty, we supply the spare part in free for replacement. For some of our machines, installation and training are done by our technician at buyer’s factory.
Buyer should send an invitation letter for visa application.
The return flight tickets, accommodation & traffic expenses and service fees shall be paid by the buyer.
