Application and Features of PP Film Blowing Machine SJP
1. This machine set adopt button blow type to produce polypropylene plastic film with good transparency and without phenomena such as flow liner, corrugation and fold etc.
2. The screw stem and cylinder is elaborately made of 38 CRMOALA alloy steel after nitrogen treatment and has best rigidity and corrosion resistance etc.
3. The mould head is plated with hard chromium and has screw mandrel structure with uniform and smooth material discharging.
4. And the air-cooling device has labyrinth type structure with characteristics such as automatic temperature control and automatic heating system.
5. The coiling device adopts torque motor to keep proper tension with even rolling and convenient roll replacing.
